'We are our constant companions' ; this is always true but never more so under lockdown when we don't have the usual social contact with others. We talk to ourselves, feed ourselves, ignore ourselves, chastise ourselves every moment of the day. In this interview on Glastonbury FM for mental health week I talk about the simple, accessible ways we can nourish our wellbeing. I don't know about you but I feel exhausted by the prototype of the 'mentally well' as only people who do a lot of sweaty exercise and meditate a lot.
