I’m Henri, a therapist with coaching skills and a deep curiosity for the human experience. I am passionate about your transformation. I haven’t forgotten what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, or lost. I also know that healing and change are possible because I’ve been through it myself.

I bring this understanding to every session, offering a combination of therapeutic support and coaching to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change. My approach is integrative, weaving together neuroscience, movement, creativity, and dreamwork to create a bespoke journey tailored to your needs.
